Delivery & Collection

At Wes Lofts Australia, we aim to make receiving your order simple and reliable. Whether you prefer delivery across Queensland and Australia or collecting directly from our warehouses, we’ve outlined our key terms and conditions below.

1. Delivery Options

  • We deliver throughout Queensland and Australia using trusted freight partners.
  • Most in-stock items are dispatched the same day if ordered before 2:00pm AEST.
  • Delivery times are typically:
    • 1–3 business days within South East Queensland
    • 3–10 business days for regional and interstate locations
  • Orders over $100 + GST qualify for Free-Into-Store delivery within Brisbane Metro, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast (standard cartons).
  • Freight surcharges may apply for oversized, bulky, or rural orders.

Important: Risk in the goods passes to you once collected by the freight provider. Please inspect goods upon delivery and report any issues in writing within 7 days.

2. Warehouse Collection

Customers are welcome to collect orders directly from our Brisbane warehouses:

  • Acacia Ridge Warehouse
    Unit 2, 68 Success Street Acacia Ridge QLD 4110
  • Stafford Warehouse
    Unit 1, 15 Hayward Street Stafford QLD 4530

Collection Times

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 3:00pm
  • Closed weekends and public holidays

Collection Terms

  • Orders must be placed in advance (via phone, email, or online).
  • Please allow minimum 3 business hours for processing before collection.
  • Bring your order confirmation or invoice when collecting.
  • Our staff can assist with loading where safe, but securing loads is your responsibility.

3. Back Orders & Partial Pick-Ups

  • If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and place it on back order.
  • At our discretion, partial orders may be prepared for collection to avoid delays.

4. Returns on Collected Goods

  • Faulty or incorrect goods collected from our warehouses must be reported in writing within 14 days.
  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition unless faulty.
  • Restocking fees (20%) may apply for change-of-mind returns.
  • Please bring your Return Authorisation Number (RA#) when returning items to a warehouse.

5. Customer Responsibilities

When arranging delivery or collection, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery and contact details.
  • Advising us of access restrictions for freight carriers.
  • Inspecting goods on delivery or collection and reporting issues promptly.
  • Bringing the correct documentation when collecting goods.
